When founding partners Buddy Kirk and Bill Palmer founded Kirk & Palmer, P.A., in 1992, they committed themselves to excellence and integrity in the practice of law and to providing the highest level of legal service.
While Buddy concentrated his practice in all aspects of commercial real estate, Bill focused primarily on business transactions and estate planning.
In 1995, Richard Thigpen joined the firm as a partner, concentrating on providing business and tax advice to closely held businesses. It was at this time, the partners changed the name of the firm to Kirk Palmer & Thigpen, P.A.
Kirk Palmer & Thigpen is comprised of 18 attorneys who continue to provide the highest level of legal counsel and client service among more than 12 commercial and business practices.
With increasing complexities in client issues, there’s not only a demand for experienced lawyers in their own area of practice, but also a necessity for lawyers who can collaborate with others throughout the firm to solve intricate legal challenges.
