Carolyn practices in the areas of estate planning, family business planning, trust and estate administration, estate and gift taxation, and tax-exempt organizations and represents clients in a variety of practical and complex business and estate planning matters. Carolyn advises families in all aspects of estate planning including multi-generational wealth transfer, succession planning, charitable giving possibilities, special needs issues and estate administration and at this time and has represented or is still representing multiple generations within the same family.

She enjoys helping clients understand various sometimes complex estate planning techniques and has the ability to help clients be comfortable using those techniques in their own plans. Her experience in this field makes it possible for her to help clients deal with family problems and to help fiduciaries, both individual and corporate, provide better services to clients.
