Lauren provides practical guidance to navigate complex commercial real estate deals, including the support of clients in the acquisition, leasing, financing, and disposition of commercial properties, including retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use developments.
She regularly assists local and regional developers, investors, and property management firms throughout North Carolina and South Carolina with a range of transactions involving the drafting and review of purchase and sale agreements, lease negotiations, and due diligence processes. Additionally, Lauren frequently supports lenders in real estate financing matters, such as commercial acquisitions and construction loans.
